Founded in 2012, Ración is a small-plates restaurant conceived in the spirit of the Avant Garde and great tapas traditions of the Basque region of Spain. The menu features unique interpretations of traditional Spanish favorites utilizing local ingredients. The wine list at Racion offers a broad selection of boutique, artisanal vintners from the more obscure producers in the Canary Islands and Basque Country, to more recognizable names in Rioja and Ribera del Duero
